I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, and the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (the lead organisation for CBT in the UK) and I adhere to their ethical codes of practice.

The most recent part of my training was carried out under the supervision of world renowned therapist and author Professor Windy Dryden (author of over 150 books on Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). During my masters degree I was also supervised by therapists and authors Rhena Branch (co-author of CBT for Dummies, Fundamentals of REB Therapy, Boosting Self-Esteem For Dummies and The Cognitive Behaviour Counselling Primer) and Rob Willson (co-author of Overcoming Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Manage your Mood and Overcoming Body Image Problems including Body Dysmorphic Disorder).

I have experience of delivering one to one therapy, psycho-educational and therapy groups within prisons, primary and secondary schools, a private hospital, GP surgeries, private practice and primary and secondary mental health services within the NHS. I have worked with children, adolescents, men and women with a variety of needs.

I have vast experience of facilitating group therapy to treat addiction problems and anger management issues. I also facilitate therapy groups in the NHS on how to manage Anger, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder and Low Self-Esteem. I have also facilitated therapy groups on Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
